Please accept our apologies for the recent "spam" that was received from us.
The issue with the mail manager was that it somehow managed to insert the wrong name into the salutation of the emails that was sent out.  So some of you received a newsletter that was addressed to someone else.

This issue only revealed itself when you used the functionality where you can add the recipients name and surname at the top of the email.

Users that do not use that facility was not affected.

All website using XMS Newsletter Manager will be upgraded during the next 24 hours.

Please accept our apologies for this and rest assured we do our best to track and fix any bugs as soon as they are discovered and reported.
